Terms of Use

Operator: Solonas Charalampous · Contact: [email protected]

These Terms govern the private iOS app, access console, activation links, and licensing service. Activating or using the service means you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Private licensed access

Invitations are personal, expiring, and single-use. Access is bound to the Apple-authenticated user who redeems the invitation and to the permitted device count. You may not share, sell, publish, intercept, or reuse invitations; impersonate another person; create unauthorized accounts; bypass device limits; or defeat access controls.

Account responsibilities

Provide accurate information, protect the Apple Account and device passcode, and promptly report a lost device, exposed link, or suspected compromise.

Safe robot operation

Robots can cause injury or damage. Before every use, verify robot configuration, motor directions, emergency-stop behavior, battery condition, controller mapping, network reliability, safe operating distance, and current event rules. Maintain direct supervision and an independent way to stop or power down the robot. Never rely solely on an app, timer, automation, telemetry value, or connection indicator for safety.

Acceptable use

Use is limited to lawful, authorized FTC development, testing, education, practice, or event activity. Do not attack the service, introduce malicious code, disrupt another user or robot, extract secrets, overload infrastructure, or violate privacy, intellectual-property, export, competition, or safety rules.

Administrator controls

Administrators may set device limits, disable accounts, revoke devices, replace unused invitations, or delete accounts. Access may be immediately suspended to protect safety or security or when licensing ends or these Terms are violated.

Updates and availability

Internet is required for activation and periodic license verification; robot communication normally uses the local network. Features and supported hardware may change, security updates may be required, and availability may be affected by Apple, Supabase, local networks, robot hardware, or other external conditions.

Ownership and trademarks

The product’s original code, design, and documentation are protected. Access grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. FIRST, FIRST Tech Challenge, FTC, REV Robotics, Apple, Supabase, and related marks belong to their owners. The product must not be described as officially endorsed or competition-approved without written authorization.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without promises of uninterrupted operation, event acceptance, universal hardware compatibility, or accuracy of every status value. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, competition, scoring, ranking, equipment, robot, venue, network, data, or lost-opportunity losses. Nothing excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Deletion and changes

Users may request account deletion at the contact address above. Material terms changes may require renewed acceptance. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues.
